Latest Update

Latest Public Release

Version 0.40 — Released July 20, 2026

Update 0.40 extends the object list and short-range scanner with new Blueprint, scan, and action features. Blueprint drops are now deterministic by source ID, time-spawned civilian ships are capped sector-wide, and every ship system sprite has been unified into a single visual design.

Highlights:

  • Blueprints in the object list — Blueprints now appear in the object list, with direct attack and scan actions plus a dedicated scan button
  • Manual short-range scanner button — The short-range scanner window can now be opened at any time via its own button
  • Unified ship system graphics — All ship system sprites have been reworked into a single, consistent visual design
  • Civilian ship cap (sector-wide) — Time-spawned civilian ships are now limited to a maximum of twelve ships per sector
  • Stable Blueprint drops — Blueprint drops are now selected reliably by source ID, making all 800 Blueprint templates droppable
